We understand why the companies that offer HRIS software need to make money. Don't get me wrong about profit, We are all for it....but....is there a better way of creating the results without the tradtional business model? We say YES!.
The idea from a strategic standpoint is that to make software and technology valuable....it has to be used without the need for lots of training what we like to call 'Simple use Technology' has to be priority #1.
