In 2006, we merged our employee benefits businesses to start a cool and different kind of company. We shared the same vision of what type of company it would be. Our company is committed to defining solutions and achieving results for our customers and providing both professional and personal growth for all involved in our company. The company would have an environment where integrity, performance, initiative and stillness are the keys to success.
When Mark and Karen started the business, they envisioned a place a “business sanctuary” where exceptional people could make a difference. We envisioned a collegial organization of independent, creative people achieving their personal goals. They started the company to provide a special place for a special kind of person.

Management
Karen Baker and Mark Lindquist founded BenefitThink Partners in March of 2006. Prior to that, Karen, Wendy and Mark were running their own benefit firms. Karen and Wendy were building BenefitAdvantage into a very successful firm. Mark was running Lindquist Group, LLc and Mystartpoint.
